Weekly Photo Challenge: Color

The Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge is color. It should be easy if the weather is warmer but the temperature clearly is not cooperating.

And then I saw this man in my train this afternoon. His red jacket certainly takes the boredom away and once again reminds me that it is now Spring and maybe the temperature will start to get warmer from this day on.

I guess I should start to bring my black coats to the cleaners and dig up my colored coats.

Fantastic choice of object … I totally agree we are very boring in colors during the dark months .. it should be the opposite. Great photo.

Oh yeah, why not! That is so true although I won’t want to wear black during Springtime.

I’m not really a black person .. when I was working black was like a working uniform, but I never really felt comfortable in it and I have 2 little black dresses, worn them once … grey, brown and navy is my winter colors. Also black is not good to wear when getting older – because black close to the face make all the wrinkles more noticeable.

I learned a lesson from you not to wear black close to my face. I like to wear most colors anytime but in winter no whites or very light ones particularly pants.

Wow, I learned that from Lauren Hutton, the supermodel from a TV styling program with her about 15 years ago, and she changed my way how to use colors and even the mascara I changed to grey. I like off-white in combination with grey in the winter. I didn’t know I had an influence …. nice *smile … you made my day.

  6. Red is a vibrant color that helps brighten our day.

Red actually has been my lifetime favorite.
