To Baguio City
Sue Llewelyn’s challenge for the week is Dawn.
Am an early riser but taking a picture that early is not foremost in my mind. I should next time am on vacation.
This is the only dawn picture I have in my album. This was taken on our second trip to Baguio City to visit Mom after we brought her home a few months earlier.
From the airport in Manila, my sister and I rushed to Baguio as she was in the hospital on an emergency. Baguio is the summer capital of the Philippines and it sits on the mountains of the Cordillera thus the temperature is many degrees cooler than Manila or as we call it the lowlands.
Thank God she was able to recover during that visit and eventually we were able to bring her home.
Taking a Deep Breath 
I was just visiting another blog where she was also raving about the sunrise. People tend to be more drawn to dramatic sunsets, but the sun rising can be just as breathtaking! Have a great week ahead, Lou…
