Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Amish Seating

I’ve missed several challenges from Cee for lack of any suitable pictures. For this week the challenge is seating, see here.

We had the buffet lunch at the Barn Restaurant in Napanee. Nothing extraordinary, we wanted to try what they call threshers dinner. It was just for the experience. Very simple food.

But don’t you just love these mismatched chairs and in different colors?

  1. I have always thought that mismatched chairs tend to give a restaurant a homier look… Love this set!

The mismatched chair is now a trend with designers, have seen dining areas in HGTV that featured dining areas with mismatched chairs. I kinda like them myself. Agree, it would look better in a country home.
