Blossoms: Stargazer

Stargazer

One of my favorite plants as a gardener is the Stargazer lily. Not only because I favor the pink color in a flower, but it is beautiful and very fragrant. I could understand why it is one of the favorites also of florists.

As a perennial in Zone 5 they don’t last very long but a gardener gets a reward of multiple blooms when they are in season.

I love star gazer lily, we used to have this in our garden, in pink, red, white, they smell divine, and the whole garden was fragrant, alas, they did not come back, to my dismay!

Oh that’s unfortunate Viv. Maybe some animals dug them up.

They are easy to plant and care for. You should plant them again.
