I walked a lot when I was in the Monterey County, the quaint stores and houses in Sugar Grove, the rugged shores which stretches for miles, all the way to the touristy town of Monterey.
The Big Sur was in my bucket list to photograph but I ran out of time maybe because I spent precious days visiting old Spanish mission churches in the area that my friend got so tired of driving. But one has to be flexible. If I get a chance in the future I’d still want to go there but next time it won’t have the same urgency as I did prior to the trip. Point Lobos more than made up for it and am happy that I have explored Monterey.
This is my final entry to this 5-Day B/W and I would like to invite Lisa of Northwest Frame of Mind. Lisa is very active here in WordPress and has many followers I wonder why she’s not been asked to do this challenge yet. She’s also into several photo challenges and her photographs showcases the beauty of the Northwest. I hope she would have a room for one more.
Here are the rules:
1. Post a black and white photo for 5 days
2. Invite a friend for each day
Thank you!
You have done a wonderful series for this challenge. I throughly enjoyed it. So glad you are inviting Lisa, I can’t keep track of who has/has not been invited. 🙂

Thanks so much for the thoughtful invitation, Bebs! I will sheepishly admit I started a 5 day series in January but ran out of new photos before I could finish… However, now I have one I would really like to use and would love the opportunity to post it as part of the challenge. 🙂 I’ll try to get it ready for Thursday this week!

It is not so much Monterey Wilma but you should visit Carmel and Point Lobos if you haven’t been there. Am sure you will enjoy the area.
