Travel Theme’s Photo Challenge: Wild

I love Ailsa’s challenge for the week: Wild.

Somehow am drawn to wild things and landscapes. Many years ago when I was plotting my home garden, my Mom had this idea of something where flowers and plants have some order. For me that is so commercialized looking, I prefer one that looks very natural, like English gardens. Where things seem to compliment each other even though there are no order of how they were planted. In the end Mom just gave up on me and left me alone. She had her vegetable garden to which she tended on her own, the way she wanted and it was hers.

So it was no surprise when we travelled to Yellowstone, I must have taken so many pictures of the buffaloes.

Wildflowers are the best survivors under the oddest circumstances - just life people

I don't know what to call their characters, but their outfit seems so wild - are they birds or two-footed termites

Not too crazy with this urban “wild”

Maybe when TJ is older when he can appreciate all those. But there’s never a bad time.
